Install chromaprint library on windows

When i try to use function "compare_fingerprints" i get an error ModuleNotFoundError: function needs chromaprint
How can i install chromprint library on windows. (I already installed fpcalc and all versions of https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/download/)
