[ODIN] Update data files using new template ODIN file.

Downstream (easyimaging) expects the x/y_pixel_offset coordinates to be 1D array.

New ODIN files now has 1D x_pixel_offset/y_pixel_offset (4096 each) but our test data used older file which had 2D offsets.
The test data files should be updated with the new version of these file.
