Sphere Studio v1.2.0

This is the official Sphere version 1.2.0 release. It includes many changes over the old version 1.1.7.0,

• Not only does it have full minisphere support it has,
• Debugger support!
• A project build tool!
• Project settings
• Editor layout settings
• Revamped settings menu
• Revamped plugin architecture,
• Quick entity list in map editor,
• And many, many bug fixes & refactorizations!

The versioning has also changed. I'm now releasing on a standard 3 number build scheme, so out with 1.1.7.0 and in with 1.2.0, the best Sphere Editor to date.
