I'm Egor Folley, helping enterprises solve real business problems by building AI systems, from customer discovery to production deployment.

Past life

  • 7+ years shipping GenAI, multi-agent RAG, and vision AI systems to production
  • Delivered 12 production AI systems across 2 enterprises, 4 SMBs, and 6 startups, owning the loop from scoping through deployment and handoff
  • Led $2M engagement - ontology-first deal-evaluation system that cut PE diligence from 4 months to ~1 hour using a 6-agent ingestion pipeline over 400+ pages of unstructured PDF/Excel
  • 2x AI founder: ARTIAL (Techstars, autonomous drone navigation) and Modalina AI (NVIDIA Inception, multimodal vision AI)
  • BSc in Mechatronics & Robotics; dropped out of PhD to build ARTIAL

  • Autonomous Drone Navigation: Fully autonomous visual navigation on NVIDIA Jetson Nano (4GB) in C++/ROS with ORB-SLAM3 and PX4 autopilot. Live flights: indoor, outdoor
  • Construction Vision AI Agent: Real-time safety analysis with multimodal LLMs on GCP; saved supervisors ~15 h/week. Presented at BuiltWorlds AI Conference.
  • Multi-agent RAG Platform: Cut technology-adoption time for field managers from 6 weeks to 3. LangGraph + GPT-4o, Milvus, AWS ECS.
  • Agentic GraphRAG Copilot: Embedded copilot that reduced cross-team data retrieval by 82% (hours to minutes). OpenAI/Anthropic models, LangChain, AWS Neptune.

Most systems above are client-delivered under NDA, so production code sits in private repos. I publish sanitized, open versions in my pinned repositories.
