…earch.co.nz) Flips the reusable workflow's harbor_host default from platform to prod so GitHub producers dual-push to prod. DO NOT MERGE until vFire 38951 (internal DNS) lands - self-hosted runners can't push to an unresolvable host before then. Cutover step 2.
