feat(web): add automatic thinking depth

Adds Auto as an Answers-only Company Brain thinking-depth choice and explains its per-request behavior.

Changes

• Displays Auto alongside Low, Medium, High, and Extra high for Answers.
• Keeps When to reply and Web restricted to the four manual effort choices.
• Sends and restores the literal auto value for Main through the existing models API.
• Clarifies that the speed-to-depth scale applies to manual choices and keeps effort labels readable across responsive layouts.

Testing

• cd apps/web && bunx biome check components/settings/company-brain-models.tsx hooks/use-brain-models.ts — passed.
• Focused TypeScript validation for changed frontend surfaces — passed.
• Browser save/reload with literal mainEffort: auto — passed.
• Verified Answers shows five choices while When to reply and Web show four — passed.
• Desktop and responsive visual verification — passed.
• git diff --check — passed.
• No checked-in regression tests were added, following repository guidance.
